Wire braided hose

2. Hose storage
(1) Warehouses that store high pressure hydraulic rubber hoses should be kept clean and ventilated with a relative humidity below 80%. The warehouse temperature should be maintained at -15 to + 40°C, direct sunlight and avoid rain and hose tilt.
(2) The storage of hoses must be in accordance with different specifications, stacking marks, and must not be mixed.
(3) When it is deposited, the hose is in a relaxed state, the inner diameter of the hose is usually 76 mm or less, it can be a coil storage (but the tube’s inner diameter is 15 times smaller than the inner diameter of the disk) )
(4) Hose Storage Pipes To prevent compression deformation, stacks generally require a higher stacking of no more than 1.5 meters, not too high, and frequent hose “reverse stacking” during storage, typically at least once per quarter.
(5) The hose should be made of acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents or other corrosive liquids, gas contacts, must not be stored, and the heat is 1 meter away
During storage (6), the hose does not push hard and outwards on the tubular body to prevent damage.
(7) During storage of the hose, it is generally not more than 2 years. To prevent the hose from being stored for too long, affecting the quality and storing it, it must be used before the first use.
